We can undertake any works that arise or are required for a construction project including all facets of M+E

Yes, PCI Ltd is insured, please ask to see this information during the meeting with our contractor and we can produce our insurance information for any consumer who wishes to review the documentation. We also laminate our insurance documentation and bring this to site with us during any project.

We have qualified surveyors backed up with contract management and administration teams to carry out the initial survey to provide accurate and concise recommendations/quotations and then programme to complete the work.

Regardless of the nature or size of the work, good documentation is paramount to the success of any project. Whether it be a clear, written proposal or a full set of construction drawings, these documents are the road map in the building process and will provide good documentation and detailing for the work to be completed.

This can vary based on how extensive a project is. At PCI we will outline our proposed project length and end date during the proposal stage, however this can be either be shortened or extended depending on any variations we may encounter once the project commences.

At PCI Ltd we understand that alterations can happen during a project, therefore our ethos has always been that a price is never set in stone, and we guarantee that project value will only increase due to costed and instructed variations to the tender scope of works.

Our Health & Safety officer will oversee all of our projects and ensure all our site supervisors are equipped with the appropriate PPE, first aid trained, hold the correct qualifications and are enhanced DBS approved before having permission to work on site.

There will always be a working foreman on the site and a dedicated manager off site. This helps keep the project on track. The working foreman will serve as the primary means of communication with the customer while working on the site. The working foreman is at the home throughout the refurbishment process.
